Professional Administrative Coordinator

Austin Health, a major provider of tertiary health services in Melbourne, seeks an experienced Administrative Officer to join its dynamic Admin team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative delivery of patient journeys and ensuring smooth operation of services. This part-time 24-hour-a-week permanent position requires excellent communication skills, strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care, and ability to work autonomously as part of a dynamic team.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Officer to support our clinical staff with patient journey management, deliver excellent customer service, and manage administrative tasks accurately. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, keen interest in developing their skillset, and demonstrated commitment to Austin Health's values.
