Office Administrator

As an Administrative Officer with Mercy Hospitals Victoria Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Private Consulting Suites. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing practice management software to make appointments and coordinate doctor clinics
- Handling patient inquiries and directing calls efficiently
- Providing administrative support to nominated doctors and staff
- Issuing accounts, processing payments, and generating receipts
- Maintaining stock levels of medical consumables and notifying relevant staff members
- Liaising with internal and external parties, including diagnostic services, Medicare, and health fund organisations
- Supporting team members with opening and closing procedures, daily practice administration, and additional duties as requested

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
