About the Role
The Student Enrolment Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality enrolment services to customers, including responding to general requests, preparing enrolment documentation, and attending information sessions.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact students and provide advice on fees, documentation, and eligibility requirements
- Prepare all enrolment documentation in advance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide engagement session support and process student enrolments using appropriate systems and processes
- Attend Information Sessions, Enrolment Centres, and man Campus Front Desks to process student enrolments
- Complete all enrolment documentation and Student Record information as required
- Participate in planning for peak period enrolment activity
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, face-to-face, email, and webchat
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Previous administration experience in complex environments
- Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with data management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication capability, and active listening
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and proactively manage customers
- Effective self-management skills, including time management, prioritization, planning, and organisation
