About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Education Administrator to join our team at Contour Education. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating student enrolments and managing billing processes, ensuring a seamless experience for students and families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain accurate records, and stay on top of multiple tasks and timelines. You will also have a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities, be self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate student enrolments: track and manage enrolment forms, following up on incomplete submissions to ensure all student records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage billing processes: create, edit, and manage invoices with precision, addressing adjustments promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with families: communicate with students and parents about billing and enrolment enquiries in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner.
  • Oversee accounts: proactively handle overdue invoices through respectful communication, maintaining positive relationships with families.
