Senior Bid Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our bid development team, driving the creation of high-quality bids that position us for success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop winning strategies and themes for major sales opportunities
- Qualify bids and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage internal bid compliance requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Lead multi-disciplinary bid project teams, defining roles and responsibilities, managing timelines and deliverables
- Draft and edit compelling bid content, articulating winning themes in bid messaging
- Review contractual terms and obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate bid pricing and profitability reviews
- Lead bid response reviews and approvals to submit quality bids on time
- Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated experience responding to large corporate and government tenders
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple tenders simultaneously
- Experience working within diverse teams to develop quality tender responses and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
