Senior Bid Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to spearhead our national bid team and drive the development of high-quality bids that position us for success. A successful Bid Manager brings commercial acumen and supports the development of strategies and win themes to major sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Qualifying bids and providing recommendations to senior leadership
- Managing internal bid compliance requirements
- Bringing together multi-disciplinary bid project teams, evaluating requirements, defining roles and responsibilities, managing timelines and deliverables, and escalating issues affecting on-time delivery of a quality response
- Drafting compelling bid content and ensuring win themes are clearly articulated in bid messaging
- Reviewing contractual terms and obtaining necessary approvals
- Coordinating bid pricing including profitability reviews and approvals
- A proven track record of bid management experience responding to large corporate and government tenders in IT Services or Managed Services environments
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
