About the Role:

This senior position leads our bidding team, drives successful tender submissions and develops strategic proposals that align with company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bid management team to ensure consistency of bidding practices across the organization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification to winning proposals.
  • Develop and execute bid strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update all bid-related collateral ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bid writing and tender submissions.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe and Canva for bid document preparation.
  • Excellent writing formatting and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality proposals.
