Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of our client's account across 3 locations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Manage a diverse team of facilities and client floor personnel across three sites, driving success through strong leadership and motivation.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial and operational performance of our site, including reporting requirements to clients and back to CBRE.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities where CBRE can support or partner with our clients, driving business growth and expansion.
- HR Management: Manage direct employees, including recruitment, staff training, and performance management in line with HR processes.
- Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new team members.
- Accounting: Oversee monthly CBRE invoicing for client accounts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of experience and/or training in facilities management.
- Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills and a quality and continuous improvement focus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly in person and in writing.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, TEAMS, Power BI, and intranet/internet.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a diverse team and motivate employees to achieve their best.
