Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client requirements, specifications, and tenders to understand technical and commercial needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client expectations.
  • Create cost estimates, technical documentation, and compliance matrices to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and standard content to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and technical details.
  • Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on bid/no-bid decisions.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing.
  • Electrical Engineering skills are essential.
  • Sales and Procurement experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering principles is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous.
