Proposal Development Specialist

This is a key role within our Advisory team in Sydney, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in bid writing and public sector procurement.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality proposals that effectively showcase the organization's value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and technical teams to create tailored content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements.
  • Maintain a library of reusable content and case studies, and support internal processes to ensure quality and consistency across submissions.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a proposal writing or bid management role, with a strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are also essential.
