**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an efficient and savvy Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing & Innovation team in a **permanent position**. Our multi-faceted team are responsible for developing and maintaining the first-class branding for Pickles, Australia's leader in asset remarketing across industrial, motor vehicles, salvage, general goods, mining, oil & gas, agriculture and more.

In this role, we are looking for someone with powerful content creation skills and strong proposal management experience that can operate with competing priorities to meet deadlines and always deliver outstanding materials.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing a strong working relationship with Sales to generate a deep understanding of the customer and their preferences
- Assisting in the development of a clear win strategy/pitch for each proposal, ensuring win themes are clear and compelling
- Crafting narratives that are powerful, persuasive and always meets the brief
- Creation of high-quality content for our customers including leave behinds, pitch decks, vendor results documents, handbooks, and customer presentations.
- Ensuring proposal document quality, (concise language, clean formatting, digital graphics, comprehensive content, compelling story) completeness and delivery
- Maintaining brand standards and consistency of message and design across variety of mediums
- Interpreting data to present engaging and accurate visual aids
- Writing win themes, executive summaries and non-technical responses
- Liaising with internal stakeholders for their submission input to ensure information is accurate and suitable to the client
- Adhering to a consistent, cohesive proposal submission workflow for all proposals
- Generating regular reports on proposal metrics and provide insights
- Driving continuous improvement through post-bid reviews

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Experience and/or interest in the asset remarketing industry and e-commerce environments (advantageous)
- You have a passion for curating compelling and persuasive narratives with a creative approach to content layout and template design
- Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders when managing workflow and competing deadlines
- Highly adaptable and decisive with the ability to problem solve in fast paced environments
- Positive attitude and ambition to win with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong data visualisation skills
- Ability to create content suitable for multiple mediums
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in proposal management
