Proposal Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Proposal Engineer.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine engineering expertise with commercial acumen to produce accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals for clients.

The successful candidate will review client requests for quotations, tenders, and specifications to understand technical and commercial requirements.

">

They will collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.

">

Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, technical documentation, and compliance matrices, as well as developing and maintaining proposal templates, pricing models, and standard content.

">

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in proposal preparation and proposal writing, electrical engineering skills, sales and procurement experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering principles.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
