Job Title: Technical Adoption Architect, AI

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Adoption Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Rovo technologies, driving customer-centric solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop technical solutions and provide clear guidance for customer engagements, ensuring seamless integration of AI and Rovo technologies.
  2. Enhance your technical expertise in your solution area, staying updated on new capabilities and best practices.
  3. Understand technical requirements, guide solution implementation, and support successful adoption across various customer segments.
  4. Collaborate with Account Teams to plan and execute customer-specific journeys, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  5. Work with internal teams to enhance Atlassian products and drive customer success, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  6. Engage with product and account teams to support clients and identify growth opportunities, leveraging AI and Rovo technologies to drive business impact.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience within SaaS companies, with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • 2+ years of Enterprise customer-facing roles, with expertise in AI and Rovo technologies.
  • Experience supporting the entire lifecycle of the Atlassian Ecosystem, from onboarding to ongoing support.
