Senior Digital Adoption Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of digital adoption platforms and experience in implementing them within large-scale enterprise systems. As a key member of the Learning and Development team, you'll be responsible for combining your understanding of instructional design, project management, and technical expertise to drive successful DAP implementation and integration.


Your strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills will enable you to align business goals, user needs, and training objectives within a fast-paced outcome-driven environment. You'll collaborate closely with the implementation vendor, program and project leads, as well as subject matter experts across the organisation.


To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • a proven track record of similar experience supporting large programs of work
  • expertise in DAP implementation and configuration
  • ability to think creatively and develop high-quality learning solutions
  • understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies
  • strong content development skills to drive adoption and enhance user experience
  • familiarity with setting up tags for user behaviour analytics and optimising user metadata
  • familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
