About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team at oOh Media. As a Group Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives to achieve exceptional results across our Out Of Home advertising network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the media industry
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media industry and market trends
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales leadership position within the media or advertising industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on revenue growth and team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales goals
