About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our team of Account Executives in the Financial Services and Insurance industry. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving demand generation activities, forecasting revenue attainment, and leading sales opportunities across HCM, Payroll, ERP/GL, and FP&A domains in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, and REITs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading successful teams, coaching Account Executives, and driving net new revenue growth initiatives. You will also have experience in managing complex sales cycles, advising on deal strategy, and supporting executive sponsor alignment calls.

About the Team

Our FSI team is a high-performing roster of seasoned Workday Account Executives, with a strong footprint of customer references to draw upon. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be part of a high-profile and strategic role for Workday, driving growth and customer community expansion in the APAC region.

About You

We are looking for a Sales Leader with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading successful teams, selling solutions at C-Level, and managing complex sales cycles. You will have a proven ability to drive account development, pipeline generation activities, and customer wins over vendors like SAP, Oracle/Netsuite, and Microsoft. Additionally, you will have experience in managing a geographically distributed team of highly skilled Account Executives and building out Account Executive territory management and target account plans.
