Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Retail operations in Australia. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing the annual sales strategy and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, negotiating commercial terms and trade agreements
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
- 10+ years of senior sales experience within FMCG, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in negotiating commercial terms and trade agreements
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Experience working in a globally matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
