Job Title: Head of Partnerships, Retail and Revenue Growth

About the Role

The Head of Retail & Revenue Growth is responsible for crafting and executing strategies to maximise Virgin Australia's profitability, as well as achieving retail and partnership marketing goals. This role involves leading the development of strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and overseeing the tourism and alliance portfolios for both domestic and international operations, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer marketing and communications across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and oversee the tourism and alliance portfolios
  • Manage commercial sponsorships and partnerships to achieve marketing goals
  • Develop and implement digital campaign management strategies to drive digital media effectiveness
  • Lead a team to deliver on a plan or strategy and take ownership and accountability for a department
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and marketing
