About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Director, Business Partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our business partnerships strategy, service planning, and driving growth in preferred suppliers and partners.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing professional business partnerships with external suppliers, preferably in a legal service provision context. You will also need to be able to integrate priorities and develop a compelling vision, as well as foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will need to be able to remove systemic barriers to collaboration and implement strategies, and demonstrate a commitment to self-development and creation of feedback structures to anticipate and respond promptly to emerging issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our business partnerships strategy, service planning, and drive growth in preferred suppliers and partners.
  • Translate strategic goals to develop, plan, and implement strategies to support and grow partnerships with preferred suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality state-wide service delivery.
  • Work closely with heads of practice areas, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • A qualification and/or practice experience in family or criminal law.
  • Extensive experience in managing professional business partnerships with external suppliers.
  • Ability to integrate priorities and develop a compelling vision.
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ability to remove systemic barriers to collaboration and implement strategies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to self-development and creation of feedback structures.
