**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Partnerships and Revenue Growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships to maximize Virgin Australia's profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive commercial growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and oversee the tourism and alliance portfolios for both domestic and international operations
  • Drive direct-to-consumer marketing and communications across multiple markets
  • Manage commercial sponsorships and partnerships to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement digital campaign management strategies to drive digital media effectiveness
  • Lead a team to deliver on commercial plans and strategies
  • Take ownership and accountability for a department, delivering ROI and value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

**Requirements**

  • Extensive retail experience with a proven track record of driving commercial growth and revenue expansion
  • Experience in managing commercial sponsorships and partnerships
  • Robust digital campaign management skills and experience in driving digital media effectiveness
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage key decision-makers across all levels of the business
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and insight-driven, with a customer-centric approach
  • Deep knowledge of strategic development and execution of a brand, retail, and digital campaign marketing strategy
  • Understanding of audience management, consumer segmentation, and personalization
  • Confidence with paid media channel performance and KPIs, including digital
