We are seeking a Business Growth Director to drive profitable expansion across all sales channels.
About the Role:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively assess sales performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
This role will see you lead and inspire a small team of Business Development Managers, whilst driving the profitable sales growth of established and new clients, including national groups.
About You:- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Enthusiastic, cooperative, a team player, solution focused, a self-starter.
- Well versed in using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A sense for innovation & thinking outside the square.
- Ability to prioritise across a broad range of tasks & problem solve with lateral thinking.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- High level of customer focus whilst managing business priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to build markets.
- Hands on approach, including a willingness to travel for interstate sales calls and training sessions.
