About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Hilton Hotels. In this role, you will provide exceptional reception services to guests, contributing to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
  • Keep the Guest Service Manager informed of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  • Attend training courses when required and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
  • Maximize room occupancy by promoting hotel services and facilities using up-selling techniques
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
  • Follow company brand standards
  • Assist other departments as necessary

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is advantageous, as well as experience in cash handling, front office/concierge roles, or conflict resolution.
