Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at AccorHotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Customer Service Ambassador, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service. This includes:



  • Responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests and queries;
  • Maintaining strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, and issue of room keys;
  • Providing clear and concise information to guests regarding hotel facilities and services;
  • Using every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Previous experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets (1-2 years preferred);
  • Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud;
  • Possess strong attention to detail while delivering efficient customer service;
