Job Description

As a Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel front desk, managing room allocations and supervising guest arrivals and departures.

You will work closely with the Reservations office to maximize yield and provide excellent customer service.

Your expertise will ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome and have a memorable stay with us.

Salary

$80,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality.

Demonstrated leadership experience within the customer service industry.

Proficiency in IT software systems, including Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
