Job Title: Director, Insurance Partnerships

Covering the global customers of the world's largest digital companies requires strategic partnerships in insurance. This role focuses on developing and optimizing such collaborations.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee relationships with major insurance partners, drive profitable placements, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Develop strong panel of insurance partners across ANZ region
  • Own effective placement and ongoing management of business with insurance partners within set timelines
  • Drive innovative culture and lead team to high standards of conduct
  • Negotiate insurance contracts
  • Establish Insurance Partner monitoring dashboard with clear expectations and targets

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:

  • 8-10 years experience in insurance market at broker, insurer, Third-Party Administrator or MGA with focus on partnerships and placements
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to manage high-performing teams and motivate professionals
  • Experience owning and developing insurance partnerships and ongoing portfolio management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented approach to complex problems
