- Strong understanding of Group Insurance within Industry Superannuation.
- Problem resolution, strategic and business planning skills
- Good level of negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
- Some experience in dealing with and presenting to senior management and executive management.
- Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Willingness for semi-regular interstate travel.
