Leader of Strategic Partnerships

This role plays a pivotal position within the organization, overseeing key partnerships and marketing efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead staff management, including mentoring, training, and setting performance goals for the partnership team.
- Develop and execute long-term partnership strategies to expand our network of contacts across multiple industries.
- Maintain high-level relationships with content synergy partners, including games, soundtracks, and publishing, and identify opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with senior leads across all business lines.
- Oversee planning and execution of regional partnership strategy and exhibition strategy.
- Tertiary education in communications or marketing is preferred.
- Strong background and experience in relevant promotions management.
- Demonstrated understanding of consumer promotions, licensing, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of social media and promotional activities across digital platforms.
