Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to boost revenue, streamline operations, and elevate the guest experience.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to foster their individual growth and contribute to the business's overall success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in hotel general management is required.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results.
  • Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
