About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resource Coordinator. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including warehouse arrivals, unloads, groupage departures, LCL collections, and delivery airfreight collections and delivery
  • Schedule daily movements of wharf and rail contractors
  • Attend to operational enquiries over the phone
  • Manage container movements into and out of the branch
  • Perform license and vehicle compliance checks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements relative to the industry

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with people at all levels of the business
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outstanding customer service focus
