The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and data integrity of payroll systems (HR3 and Rippling) for multiple businesses. They will also coordinate monthly payroll, ensuring all items are reported accurately in collaboration with payroll and HR teams.
The role involves supporting remuneration reviews and bonus payments by creating Excel reports for analysis and managing data uploads into payroll systems. The coordinator will also compile key HR metric reports, including headcount, WGEA, recruitment, remuneration surveys, and turnover.
In addition, the HR Coordinator will support end-to-end recruitment for agency candidates, manage candidate information in JobAdder, and coordinate interviews and assessments. They will also manage referral candidates through the recruitment process, including initial screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
The coordinator will assist the People & Culture team with strategic HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives. They will provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They will also have proficiency in HR systems and databases. Some experience in a HR related role is ideal.
