Human Resource Coordinator for Member Services

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Coordinator to support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across various human resource functions.
Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Generalist supporting the Member Services division. The successful candidate will have experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines, and conditions of employment awards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members regarding employment conditions.
- Accurate processing of conditions of employment using SAP HRIS system or similar.
This role offers an attractive annual salary $110,849 p.a., plus superannuation and annualised leave loading. Ongoing learning and development opportunities will also be provided.
What We Offer- Full-time role with 35 hour working week.
- Ongoing employment with the NSW Rural Fire Service.
- Closer to public transport and parking facilities.
