We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Coordinator to support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across various human resource functions.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Generalist supporting the Member Services division. The successful candidate will have experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines, and conditions of employment awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members regarding employment conditions.
  • Accurate processing of conditions of employment using SAP HRIS system or similar.
Benefits

This role offers an attractive annual salary $110,849 p.a., plus superannuation and annualised leave loading. Ongoing learning and development opportunities will also be provided.
