Overview

Vero Insurance seeks a highly organized and administrative-skilled Resource Management Coordinator to join our Enterprise Delivery practice.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering regular and recurring resource processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management.
  • Leading weekly resource meetings with the team and ensuring action items are completed.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including raising job requisitions, screening applicant resumes, and recommending candidate shortlists.
  • Managing contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration.
  • Maintaining accurate People Metrics data and updating project and organizational charts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of administration support/HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination, evaluation of resumes, and screening candidates.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills essential.
