Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional Rail Team in our Seven Hills branch, and on-site in rail environments visiting our client sites.

This role will enable you to further develop your skills within the rail sector while working with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidates
  • Conducting and recording reference checks
  • Writing job adverts and advertising online
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
  • Effective database management
  • Data entry and compliance duties
  • Developing & Distributing Rosters
  • Promoting a positive safety culture
  • Providing resourcing reporting for Senior Management

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Pass a Rail Category 1 Medical
  • Pass on-going internal and host site, random workplace drug and alcohol tests (Urine)
  • Be willing to obtain RIW Card
  • Complete Courses:
    • Safely Access Rail Corridor
    • Protection Officer Level 1 & 2
    • Handsignaller Level 1 & 2
    • Electrical Permit Holder
  • Have reliable transport to travel to client sites as required

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience
