Platinum Pacific Partners, a prestigious Financial Services business, is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This 9-month contract role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals to expand their HR knowledge and skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's Academy and implementing a new Performance Management System. Key responsibilities include:

Training Coordination

  • Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events with seamless delivery of our programs.
  • Managing training calendars and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Streamlining delivery processes to maximize efficiency without compromising presenter or user experience.

Learning Management System (LMS) Support

  • Collaborating with the LMS Administrator and Academy team to configure the LMS software tailored to Academy needs.
  • Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting LMS-related issues during the implementation phase.

Facilitator Support

  • Assisting facilitators with formatting and organizing training content for delivery through various channels.
  • Collecting feedback from training participants to assess module effectiveness.
  • Analyzing training evaluation data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generating reports on training attendance, completion rates, and other relevant metrics.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicating with content creators, participants, and stakeholders to promote training initiatives.
  • Providing updates on training programs, resources, and opportunities within the business.

Performance Management

  • Assisting with setting up secure processes to collect performance-related documents.
  • Managing and analyzing data for calibration, promotion, and training needs discussions.
  • Supporting the setup of new systems for performance management and people development initiatives.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
