Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park. As a key member of our RFS Member Services team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and advising on human resource functions for Members (staff and volunteers).
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment conditions, entitlements, and membership application processing.
- Process and maintain accurate records using SAP HRIS system or similar.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of HR services.
- Strong knowledge and experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines, and conditions of employment awards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information to staff members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A competitive total remuneration package of $110,849, including salary ($90,915 - $100,316 pa), employer's contribution to superannuation, and annualised leave loading.
