Your Responsibilities
This position is pivotal in supporting the strategic objectives of the Atturra Manufacturing Team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will plan, develop, and implement strategic and operational initiatives to enhance client experience and retention. In alignment with Atturra's values, you will serve as the primary contact for established clients and liaise with all Atturra functions, including Services, Support, and Sales.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive subscription renewals
  • Enhance client satisfaction metrics
  • Facilitate client referenceability
  • Engage in proactive executive communication with clients
  • Develop account plans and visions
  • Track all client interactions using appropriate CRM software
  • Monitor client growth and personnel changes

Additionally, you will identify passive revenue opportunities and refine sales operations and client processes to drive efficiency and growth. This role serves as a potential pathway to a rewarding sales career.

Qualifications for Success
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Information Technology Business Analyst or Consultant, showcasing increasing responsibilities. Experience with executive presentations and escalations is essential; familiarity with ERP systems and/or the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate clients and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Demonstrated understanding of business functions with a willingness to learn additional areas.
• Excellent organizational skills, including planning and follow-up, with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as required to achieve client satisfaction and renewal metrics.
• Access to reliable transportation is necessary.
