About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Supportive Care Specialist to join our dynamic team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities while growing your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique clients. You will be required to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts. If you are flexible, passionate about delivering high-quality care, and have experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support to clients, including assisting with mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using various equipment and aids.
  • Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress.
  • Be part of a fun and dynamic team.
