Cerebral Palsy Alliance is committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Currong.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
  • Deliver personalized support by assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report on their progress.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide high-quality support services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our clients.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience supporting clients with intellectual disabilities, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs.
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
  • Local to the North Shore.
