About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Bugari Respite Cottage in Terrey Hills. As a Care Worker, you will provide individualized support and care to our guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver care and support to guests in our Bugari Respite Cottage
  • Assist with personal care, medication supervision, and specialized care according to each client's care plan
  • Provide social support and engage with guests to promote a sense of community
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements
  • No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage

  • A strong team player, who can communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality
