We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with dealers in the agriculture sector. As an Agricultural Territory Growth Lead, you will be responsible for leading our dealer network across Victoria, working closely with assigned dealerships to boost sales performance, grow market share, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve retail and wholesale sales targets within your assigned territory, ensuring compliance with program discounts
  • Support dealers to develop and execute business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing activities
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to provide operational support and guidance
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports to help dealers identify and address performance gaps
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in the agriculture industry
  • Proven experience working within a B2B and/or dealer network environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Result-driven approach, with a passion for supporting dealer and customer success
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
