Exciting career opportunity for an experienced Territory Sales Manager in Western Victoria.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to manage and develop strategic business relationships with suppliers, rural resellers, and end-users.
Main Responsibilities:- To achieve budgeted sales through effective partnerships and relationship building.
- To establish yearly business plans with key dealers, including all business development activities.
- To conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings.
- To negotiate yearly dealer targets in line with the company strategy and oversee their achievement.
- To provide comprehensive training and support.
- To monitor and communicate sales vs inventory positions within the defined territory.
- To identify key dealers and end-users for growth and implement targeted business development plans.
- To implement trading terms, rebates, policies, and procedures for customers.
- Possess an Advanced Diploma in Agriculture or Business (essential).
- An undergraduate degree in business management is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial sales environment, preferably as a Territory Sales Manager or similar.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Crop Baling Products and rural merchandise distribution industry.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, building strong relationships.
