**What will you do in this (thrilling) role?**
- Achieving agreed sales objectives and targets by promoting and selling to new and existing customers - Rural retailers, farmers, vets and livestock contractors.
- Targeting and segmenting the nominated territory, while working cross-functionally to create sustainable sales and service opportunities.
- Training and supporting customers to enhance product stewardship.
- Establishing a territory call plan around customer prioritisation, product objectives, annual sales targets, profit objectives and individual territory targets.
- Managing the CRM system each day.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- work collaboratively with the wider business, ensuring a symbiotic relationship; reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager;
- be willing to share ideas and receive feedback with a common goal of process refinement and business development;
- regularly research and network within the industry to ensure you are abreast of innovation and information to be shared with your clients;
- develop competitive budgets and design strategies to meet and exceed them;
- This role requires regular travel in central and western Victoria.

- Experience in the animal health industry, preferably with farm/large animals.
- An enthusiasm for travel within your territory, as well as to conferences and events.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Effective communication skills
- Proven record in developing relationships and networking within the industry.
- Tertiary qualification in related field veterinary, science or agriculture
