Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Regional Development Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating external stakeholder relationships and developing strategies to drive demand for our products in the Southern NSW/Victoria/South Australian region. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and research and development teams to execute product strategy.

  • Cultivate external network stakeholder relationships, including growers, influential channel partners, agronomists/consultants, grower groups, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the Southern NSW/Victoria/South Australia segment, requiring regular travel and managing field promotional activities, including site selection, in-crop management, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with third-party organizations to gain expertise on genetic/nutritional crop management backed by science.
  • Lead and coordinate pre-launch through to launch activities and drive relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the grower community.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive demand for our products in the assigned region.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A broad knowledge of agronomy, commercial agricultural input sales, and the agricultural industry.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to influence through design and reporting.
