Our organization is seeking a results-driven professional to lead our retail sales strategy across the dealership network.

This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the success of our business by driving revenue growth and maximizing market share.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.

You will be expected to provide expert guidance and support to Sales Managers, empowering them to achieve their financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong agricultural sales and marketing background, combined with excellent leadership and people management skills.

You will be accountable for identifying, attracting, motivating, and engaging top talent within the industry, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

A high level of business acumen, including experience managing financial and non-financial risks, is essential for this position.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as prior experience in agricultural machinery sales.

As a member of our executive team, you will be expected to travel extensively throughout the dealership network, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

This is a full-time ongoing position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
