This role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and extensive agribusiness credit and lending experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective leadership across the Agribusiness Banking division
  • Coaching Bankers, Relationship Associates, and the Lending Assessment team
  • Utilising Agribusiness Credit and Lending expertise to optimise performance
  • Contributing to excellent customer service through efficient lending assessment and strong credit analysis skills
  • Maximising efficiency and enhancing service delivery through effective application of Active Ops planning tool Workware+
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline
  • Experience with Active Ops / Workware planning methodologies preferred

Demonstrated leadership expertise in agribusiness is also desirable, as well as a deep understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes, fine-tuned skills in coaching and leading high performing teams, and a strong customer focus underpinned by a growth mindset.
