About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Australia Cranial & Spine Technology sales team in Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Neurosurgery portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical and case support to customers in theatre
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits
  • Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
  • Implement market development plans and strategies as needed
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Business-related discipline
  • Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system
  • Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and medical staff
  • Self-motivated with a resilient attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
