Are you passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Territory Manager for Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our innovative products and services to hospitals across your assigned territory.

A Day in the Life

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders, working closely with the sales and service team to achieve sales revenue targets, and providing high-level clinical service and technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm management products and services across the assigned territory hospital network.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales and service strategies.
  • Provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency.
  • Ensure the highest level of clinical, technical, and sales knowledge is attained and maintained.
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to assist in the execution of business plans.
  • Build awareness and access key influencers, key hospital stakeholders, and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies.
  • Support clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager.
  • Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing, general science, business, or similar.
  • Significant experience in cardiac implantable device sales or clinical setting, account planning, territory management, and forecasting.
  • Required to travel up to 50%, valid driver's license required.
