As a Territory Manager for Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio, you will leverage your clinical expertise and technical knowledge to drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

A Day in the Life
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management portfolio based in Tasmania. Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will use your commercial acumen and ability to drive your own success to grow market share and achieve sales revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm management products and services across the assigned territory hospital network.
- Work with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales and service strategies.
- Provide the highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency.
- Ensure the highest level of clinical, technical, and sales knowledge is attained and maintained.
- Collaborate with other Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to assist in the execution of business plans.
- Build awareness and access key influencers, key hospital stakeholders, and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies.
- Support clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager.
- Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, general science, business, or similar.
- Significant experience in cardiac implantable devices either in a sales or clinical setting, account planning, territory management, and forecasting.
- Required to travel up to 50%, valid driver's license required.
