Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily workflow of the member experience team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Create a structure to ensure the member experience team meets their daily performance criteria.
- Assist with sales training to develop the member experience team.
- Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
- Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours.
- Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth.
