Executive Director - Gas Energy Australia

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead Gas Energy Australia's strategic direction, governance, and industry advocacy efforts. In this role, you will oversee policy development, manage key relationships with government bodies, and act as the public face of the organisation, building relationships with media and key stakeholders. The Executive Director will also ensure the organisation remains financially sustainable by managing budgets and regularly reporting to the Board on financial performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of executive leadership within an industry association or similar. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in advocacy, organisational leadership, and financial management expertise. Additionally, you will have the ability to expand membership engagement and growth. A background in the energy sector and a deep understanding of government policy development are highly regarded.
